Silk Avia warns passengers about air ticket fraud

Over the past few days, two cases of fraud with the sale of air tickets by the regional airline Silk Avia have been recorded. One of them happened yesterday in Tashkent. A woman approached the check-in counter of the local airlines terminal and handed the agent a document that, according to her, was an air ticket for the Tashkent-Termez flight. However, the document turned out to be just a printout of the reservation for this flight. The woman claimed that such a “ticket” was sold to her at one of the ticket offices in the city. After calling the air ticket office, the money was returned, the passenger bought an air ticket at the airport ticket office and flew to Termez.
