The "In-flight Congratulation" service is available on domestic and international Silk Avia flights. The greeting is read by the crew during the flight.
Booking is available from 30 days up to 4 hours before departure.
Service fee - fixed, 150,000 UZS.

Refund Policy
The "In-flight Congratulation" service is fully refundable if it was not provided to the passenger in the following cases:
- Voluntary cancellation of the service at least 48 hours before the flight departure.
- Voluntary or involuntary cancellation of the flight by the passenger.
- Flight cancellation by the carrier and inability to provide the service.
- Termination of the air carriage contract by the carrier unilaterally.
