Silk Avia, part of the Uzbekistan Airways group, is launching its first international regular route from Tashkent to Tamchy (Issyk-Kul) and back. Tickets are already available for purchase. Issyk-Kul is one of the largest lakes in the world. The incredible landscapes of the resort area attract more and more tourists every year.
Issyk-Kul offers excellent opportunities not only for holidays but also for health improvement, thanks to its mineral waters, unique microclimate, and clean air. Silk Avia will take you from Tashkent to Issyk-Kul in just 2 hours. Initially, from 16 June, flights will be operated to Issyk-Kul International Airport in Tamchy on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. There are plans to increase the frequency to daily flights in the future.
